Is your online shopping safe?
Yes, all sales made on this site are processed through the bank using the latest secure online shopping technology. We never have access to your credit card details and only know whether the sale has been approved or not.
Can I place my order by telephone or fax?
Yes. To place a phone order, please call us at 1-877-905-9364. If you phone and there is no answer, please leave a message with your contact details and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. To place a fax order, please email info@dogandcollar.com to obtain a fax order form.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How do I measure my dog for the right size?
Please see our sizing information page for details on how to correctly measure your dog to ensure the perfect fit.
Can you order in special sizes, colors or products?
We can order in additional sizes and colors for certain products listed on our site. Please email info@dogandcollar.com to make inquiries on our sizing, colors and product options.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
You can return your order within 7 days for an exchange or full refund. Please read our return policy carefully for more details on how to make a return. We encourage everybody to careful measure their dog before ordering by using our sizing guidelines and the individual product size charts included on each product page.
