We ship worldwide – on flat rates!
Our flat rates for shipping are applied to each online order regardless of how many products are purchased – so the more you order, the more you save on shipping.
Canada

Important Information
- Although the delivery times stated are generally accurate, they are estimates only. DogandCollar.com has no control of shipping time once the package has been turned over to the carrier.
- If you require rush shipping, please indicate so in the comments box when checking out. We will contact you before we charge any additional rush shipping fees to your credit card.
- Shipping time does not include Saturday, Sunday or any Statutory Holidays.

- If your order contains any backordered products, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
- Undeliverable packages, which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs charges. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges.
