Not totally happy?

We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at DogandCollar.com. If you find that a product does not meet your expectations in any way, we will be happy to accept returned items for exchange or full refund.

Please read the following carefully to take full advantage of our return policy.

Return Policy

• All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.


• Items should be returned in their original product packaging with tags attached.


• All items returned should be unused and in sellable condition.


• All returns must be sent with a return form which can be obtained by emailing info@dogandcollar.com.


• If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.


• All items returned for refund or exchange must meet our quality standards before the refund/exchange is issued.


• Any exchange for a product of lesser value will be issued with a refund of the price difference. Any exchange for a product of greater value will be subject to a charge of the price difference.


• You are responsible for return shipping to us. For your security, please send items through a traceable postage carrier and retain your receipt. DogandCollar.com is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.


• Shipping charges are not refundable.


• If you exchanging a product, you will be charged shipping to deliver the exchange item.
